We have been flooded by queries from community members to help guide them on the process forward with regards to property rates objections and appeals.
To do this, we partnered with Schindlers Attorney’s to answer the questions and provide guidance for the following:
1. You have lodged an objection and it has not been adjusted to the reasonable value of your property and you only have 30 days to appeal;
2. You have objected but have not received any feedback on the objection yet; and
3. You missed the objection deadline date on 5 May 2023 and don’t know what to do.
