As a result of the legal challenge undertaken by our representatives, there’s currently no work taking place on the JOSHCO site. However, please don’t be fooled into thinking this issue has gone away. The matter is now in the hands of the City of Johannesburg’s planning department, which has yet to approve the Site Development Plan. We cannot be complacent, and must expect that the legal fight will continue. As such, we need to continue to gather funds for future legal challenges in this battle.
