Our Role
Health & Welfare
Dealing with matters that impact the health and welfare of the Rivonia community including vagrancy, abandoned homes, post-incident assistance, assisting the infirm and aged
Infrastructure
Dealing with all matters concerning public infrastructure; water, sewage, roads, street lights
Safety & Security
Dealing with matters relating to community satety and security, crime reporting and prevention, liaison with security companies and SAPS and membership in the Community Policing Forum
Housing & Development
Dealing with all matters relating to city planning, and building development in the community as well as the related property rezoning, objections, tribunals and legal process.
Volunteering
Our work is never done, and we can use all the help we can get; active participation is an essential part of our communities success
You can take part by assisting us with your time. Report issues and problems or join the RW committee.
Spread the word about all that Rivonia Wide is doing, and help us gain the support we need.
Help With Funds
As a community there are many areas and activities that need funding , ranging from legal funds, to money for keeping the community clean, and funds for security upgrades.
You can contribute once-off values when you are feeling flush, or contribute monthly. But we will always need money to keep
